Noirin 'shows true colours' after Isaac arrives in Big Brother
Big Brother 10 contestant Noirin has been criticised by her fellow housemates for her behaviour when ex-boyfriend Isaac entered the house. Twenty-three-year-old Isaac, a bar owner from Ohio, became the 22nd person to enter the house, leaving Noirin visibly shocked while Siavash talked of quitting the show. Saw director to bring Castlevania to the screen
A film based on the Castlevania videogame franchise is to be directed by Saw co-creator James Wan, he has announced. Twilight actress Lefevre 'hurt deeply' by recasting
Actress Rachelle Lefevre has been left "stunned" by being replaced in the cast for Eclipse, the third film in the Twilight series. It was announced earlier this week that Bryce Dallas Howard was to replace Lefevre in the role of Victoria in the vampire franchise. Michael Moore and Tom Ford vying for Venice prize
The new film by Michael Moore and the directorial debut of fashion designer Tom Ford are nominated for the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival. Documentary maker Moore, best known for the likes of Bowling For Columbine and Fahrenheit 9/11, is one of 23 directors up for the award, with his new film Capitalism: A Love Story in competition at the annual Italian festival. Ford's debut film The Single Man, starring Colin Firth and Julianne Moore, is also nominated while the eagerly-awaited adaptation of Cormac McCarthy's post-apocalyptic novel The Road is in competition at Venice. Peter Andre accepts damages over affair claims
Peter Andre has accepted substantial damages over a newspaper claim he was unfaithful to his estranged wife, glamour model Katie Price. Speaking outside London's high court on Friday, Andre did not reveal how much the Sunday People had agreed to pay out but said he was pleased the paper had accepted that the allegations featured in a story published in May were "untrue and hurtful". Music legend Phil Spector 'not doing well' in jail
Shamed producer Phil Spector is struggling to cope with imprisonment after being convicted of murder, his publicist has said. In May this year, and after a retrial, the 68-year-old was found guilty of murdering actress Lana Clarkson at his home in 2003, and was sentenced to 19 years in jail. Some two months into his internment, the man responsible for the Wall of Sound production effect has been deeply unsettled by the profound change in his life, his publicist said. Jude Law to become a father for the fourth time
Actor Jude Law has learned he is expecting a child with an unidentified woman, his spokeswoman has announced. The Cold Mountain star, 36, has three children with ex-wife Sadie Frost, who he divorced after seven years of marriage in 2003.
