Here’s How Ask A Question Works
Our Q&A section is a free service that connects you with the people who have the answer to many of your questions.
It works in the following way:
Ask your question, in the box provided and Yedda (our Q&A provider) will automatically search for people who have relevant knowledge. They will then invite them to answer your question.
Once your question is submitted, you can choose to get notified by email when answers have been provided, or, you can simply check back on our Q&A section to see if answers to your question have been posted online.
Question Asking Tips:
You don’t need to set up an account to ask questions, but if you want to reply or ask for more clarification on your answers then you’ll need to setup an account (which is both free and easy to do).
If you would like to answer questions yourself, you will need to setup an account so you can share your tips with others.
For best results, try to be as clear as possible with your question. Choose short, descriptive titles and relevant topics. This will make it easier for people to answer your questions more quickly and for them to provide you with the most relevant information.
